FTBK Recipe: Dreamy Sweet 'n' Salty Superfood Granola

This granola doesn't take it's 'dreamy' title lightly, it's guaranteed to make your morning better

This homemade granola is a perfect balance between sweet and salty, making it a tasty treat that you'll look forward to.

Plus, all ingredients have nutritional benefits that will keep you fueled throughout the day and feeling guilt-free!

  • Cacao Powder: Full of magnesium, iron, calcium
  • Hemp Seeds: Contains protein, omegas 
  • Dark Chocolate: Has antioxidants

  • Cacao Powder
  • Maca Powder
  • Shaved Almonds
  • Pecans
  • Rolled Oats
  • Chia Seeds
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Coconut Sugar
  • Maple Syrup
  • Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Coconut Oil
  • Cinnamon
  • Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • Dark Chocolate (70-80% cacao)

  1. Preheat your oven to 340 degrees F.
  2. Mix oats, nuts, seeds, coconut, and powders together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Sprinkle a few tablespoons of coconut sugar, add a few grinds of pink salt and a dash of cinnamon. Stir well.
  4. Mix 4 tablespoons of maple syrup and 4 tablespoons of coconut oil over low heat until melted. Pour over dry ingredients and stir.
  5. Pour mixture onto a baking sheet and place in the oven for 20 minutes
  6. Remove mixture from oven and let it cool, meawhile chop dark chocolate and sprinkle into the granola
  7. Eat and enjoy!
