Hey FTBK Team!
This week I've put together a quick ab circuit you can do anytime, anywhere. All you need is your body!
With spring and summer approaching, this is a great little circuit to mix into your daily routine. I like to do this before bed or right when I wake up in the morning. Its super quick and, if done consistently, will produce the results you are looking for! As your strength starts to build, you will be able to hold each plank progression and crunch series longer.
This circuit will allow you to reach burnout, which is a very effective way to produce a strong, toned core. Hope you guys enjoy this, and as always, make sure you tag me

Plank Progression

Progression 1:
Progression 2:
Progression 3:
- 30 second plank hold - 20 second leg raises

Crunch Progression

3 sets of 30 reps:
- Basic Crunch - Alternating Heal Taps
