Hey Fit to be King Fam!
We are back this week with another 24 Hour Fitness circuit. This week's circuit is one of my favorites. As an ex-professional surfer and current functional trainer, body weight exercises are my jam, and that's exactly what this circuit is built around. This style of training helps provide you with the proper strength, stability and mobility to thrive in your everyday life.
Remember, fitness is about the whole picture, not just the aesthetics. As a whole, bodyweight exercises are a simple and effective way to improve overall strength, flexibility and endurance so you can go out and crush your everyday life and your workouts.

24 Hour's Master trainer pieced together a great mix of full body moves that allow you to utilize your body weight to its full potential. This circuit is easy to follow and you can do it anywhere since all you need is your body!

Since I began this style of training, I have seen a major improvement in lean muscle composition and my overall cardio and endurance. This is a great way to get a workout in when you do not have access to a gym or you are short on time. Personally, I do these types of circuits at least 4 times a week. I hope you enjoy this one!
