Hey Fit to be King fam!

We are back again with another circuit from the 24-Hour Fitness team. This week, 24-Hour's Master Trainer Kelsey put together an easy to follow, effective pyramid workout.

Pyramid workouts are a simple and effective way to train. The way it works is you build up reps per exercise as you go, and work your way back down once you reach your max rep. This style of training is easy to follow and allows you to stay motivated and focused along the way. 

The set of exercises Kelsey put together are great as well because they allow you to utilize your whole body, so you get the most effective full-body workout in a small amount of time. Whatever your fitness level, this workout is great because you can adjust the overall difficulty by adding reps and/or weights to each exercise.
