LA-Kings-Moms-Trip-in-Anaheim

Hockey moms have the hardest jobs and often get the least amount of credit. Countless loads of smelly laundry, driving long distances to the rink, cooking meals for several teammates, and much more.
So, the LA Kings are trading in their usual father's trip for a much-needed visit with their moms.

The mothers flew into Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon just as their sons were landing in Arizona to face the Coyotes. They settled into their hotel rooms before coming together for a nice oceanfront dinner, followed by a watch party to take in the game.

The next day, they were treated to an afternoon at the spa before heading south to Anaheim for the second half of the back-to-back.
They got to know each other a little better with dinner before the game, then eagerly watched their sons play from a suite in the Honda Center.
Just from the bus ride, we can tell this is going to be a fun group.

They may have been their sons' biggest fans... but they even made some fans of their own!

It's safe to say the moms are good luck, because the Kings got off to a hot start and picked up two points, beating the ducks 3-2!
