Los Angeles – Fans of both the Kings and the Anaheim Ducks are invited to make their mark on Southern California NHL history by participating in the “Name the Rivalry” Contest.

Two days remain for hockey fans to submit their ideas for the Southern California NHL rivalry name. Contest entries may be received at http://nhl.kings.com and http://nhl.ducks.com now through Saturday at 11:59 PM. On Monday, October 15, the top names will be announced, and fans are invited to return to their team’s web page to vote for their favorite.
The winning rivalry name will be announced on November 13 at the Kings-Ducks game. The fan who presents the winning series name will receive two tickets to the six rivalry games played in Southern California between the teams this season.
The “Name the Rivalry” promotion launched on Saturday, September 29 during the Ducks-Kings event coverage from London’s O2 Arena.

The first Ducks-Kings rivalry game on FSN WEST is on Thurs., Nov. 15 at 7:00 PM followed by two additional games: Thurs., Jan. 24 at 7:30 PM and Sat., April 5 at 12:30 PM.
