Fan Appreciation Night Details Announced

LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Kings will give away both the “Jerseys Off Our Backs” and a 2014 Toyota Tundra as the team celebrates Fan Appreciation Night at STAPLES Center tomorrow, Saturday, as part of the Kings-Ducks game which begins at 7:30 p.m.

Twenty lucky Season Ticket Members and fans, chosen at random from the crowd, will win authentic game-worn jerseys following the game.  Fans attending Saturday’s game will also be eligible to win several other prizes. The list of prizes, subject to change, features:

•    2014 Toyota Tundra
•    Two tickets to Frozen Fury plus hotel accommodations
•    Pair of 14-15 Season Tickets
•    Tickets to Round 1, Game 3 (First Kings home playoff game)

After tomorrow game, Kings fans can pick up their LA Kings Playoff Fan Kit outside STAPLES Center at the Star Plaza, Figueroa Street, and 11th Street Exits.  Fans are encouraged to show their LA Kings Pride during the playoffs with a Kings car flag, car decal, and bracelet. Only available while supplies last.

In addition, the Kings on Saturday will also name their 2013-14 Award Winners -- As voted by the
media:  Most Valuable Player presented by McDonald’s (“Bill Libby Memorial Award”), Best Newcomer (“Mark Bavis Memorial Award”), Outstanding Defenseman and Best Defensive Player; as voted by the Kings players: Most Inspirational Player (“Ace Bailey Memorial Award”) and Unsung Hero; as selected by the Kings Care Foundation: Community Service; and as voted by the Kings Booster Club: Most Popular Player.
