Carl Grundstrom joined the LA Kings lineup for the first time tonight against the Arizona Coyotes, and wasted no time in getting on the scoresheet.
With a rebound in the third period, Grundstrom became the 19th player in Kings history to score a goal in his NHL debut. He was the first player to do so since Tanner Pearson scored in his debut on November 14, 2013 in New York.
"I fit in pretty good with this system," Grundstrom said following the game. From the looks of it, we couldn't agree more.
