Guest Services Centers

Guest Services Centers are located on the main and upper concourses of the arena and are designed to provide information to guests with questions, concerns, or issues during Arena events. In addition, the Guest Services Centers provide assistance to guests with disabilities and/or special needs (see Disabled Services). Guests are welcome to contact the Guest Services department any time before or after the event.

Please leave all personal belongings securely in your home or hotel room. For your convenience, rental lockers are available outside of the venue on a first come, first serve basis. Rental prices and locations may change per event. Arena does not assume any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Based on recent discussions and approvals from the NBA, NHL, State of California and County of Los Angeles Health Departments and our professional sports franchises, guests attending upcoming events this season are now permitted to carry in wallets and small clutches measuring no more than 5" x 9" x 1" which are subject to security searches. Arena will continue our established policy of allowing parental and medical bags, which are required to go through an X-Ray machine for contactless screening and bags cannot exceed 14-inch x 14-inch x 6-inch. For a complete listing of all arena protocols and policies, please visit

Entry procedures for all guests remain contactless and physically distanced between guests and team members. You will be directed to place small metal objects in a plastic bin lined with Nanoseptic (anti-microbial) film and walk through a metal detector. Staff will not touch personal belongings and you will be directed to retrieve items from the bin yourself.

Guests who need to leave the venue and return must first make contact with a Guest Services Team Member to have their ticket scanned so they can re-enter with a valid ticket. Upon return, guests repeat the security screening and ticket scanning process to re-enter the venue.
