General Tips

Guest Services Centers

Guest Services Centers are located on the main and upper concourses of the arena and are designed to provide information to guests with questions, concerns, or issues during STAPLES Center events. In addition, the Guest Services Centers provide assistance to guests with disabilities and/or special needs (see Disabled Services). Guests are welcome to contact the Guest Services department any time before or after the event.

Yes! Non-professional, non-flash, still photography is permitted at most events (digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). Video and audio recording is prohibited. Please note that some shows will have a different camera policy. Please see the specific event page or contact Guest Services for further information.

No. STAPLES Center has a No Re-Entry policy for all events.

Yes! Guest Services provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests when requested. Escorts are available at any entrance or guests may make escort arrangements by contacting Guest Services at (213) 742-7FAN (326) when arriving to the venue. For all other accessibility questions please visit our Disabled Services page or contact Guest Services.

Children 3 years of age and older require a ticket to enter the arena and must occupy their ticketed seat only. Please note that some shows (especially those intended for children) will have a different age policy. Please see the specific event page or contact Guest Services for further information.

Yes! STAPLES Center is blocks from the Blue and Red Lines. Please see our Public Transportation page for details on public transportation options.

No. Outside food or beverages are not be permitted inside the arena. STAPLES Center is proud to offer Kosher and Gluten-free food options. Please see STAPLES Center Concessions page for more information. Unopened plastic water bottles, one liter or smaller are permitted.

Yes! Please visit LALive.com for a list of restaurants and entertainment options in the L.A. LIVE district.

Smoking is not permitted in the arena at any time. However a smoking section is available on the City View Terrace located on the Upper Concourse across from aisles U25-U28.

Yes! All lost and found items are taken to Guest Services. To inquire about a lost item please contact Guest Services with a description of the item and the date it was lost.

*When a sporting event is scheduled, TEAM LA will close 2½ hours prior to the event start time. When a concert is scheduled, TEAM LA will close at 3:00 PM. Please call ahead for more details: 213-742-7852.

PARKING
Free 30 minute parking is available in LOT W during non-event hours. Do not park on Chick Hearn Court, as this is a designated No Parking street.
