WHEN WILL I BE PROVIDED MY WAIT LIST MEMBER ACCESS TIME?
Jets Wait List members who have already renewed for the 2021-22 season will receive an email approximately 24 hours prior to the commencement of their access time. Please note, you will not be able to purchase your season seat deposit(s) if you click the link prior to your scheduled and communicated Wave time.
WHAT IS A SEASON SEAT DEPOSIT?
A season seat deposit will be held by the Winnipeg Jets for each season seat on your account. The deposit amount does not go towards the annual invoice amount of your season seats. The deposit is non-interest bearing. At the conclusion of the three-year term of the Seat Holder Agreement, the deposit shall either be refunded to the Primary Account Holder or re-applied to a further renewal term.
DO I NEED TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT FOR MY SEASON SEAT(S)?
Yes, all Season Seat Holders must sign and return a three-year term Seat Holder Agreement for their season seat(s). View a sample Seat Holder Agreement HERE

HOW DO I SELECT MY SEAT(S)?
To aid you in selecting a season seat location, we are pleased to introduce our new Virtual Venue tool - a three-dimensional representation of Canada Life Centre rendered with great attention to detail - allowing you to experience the view from hundreds of angles, using either your desktop or laptop computer, or your mobile device such as a phone or tablet. Please follow the step-by-step instructions in the email containing your Wave time.
CAN I USE THE VIRTUAL VENUE TOOL TO COMPARE SEATS?
Yes, you can select and compare up to three unique seat locations. Use the COMPARE SEATS button to remember a seat location. Click the BACK button within the map, not your browser, to return to an overhead view where you can select additional seat locations for comparison. Please keep in mind that until you click ADD TO CART, other Wait List Members can select that seat location, as the locations are not reserved while you are comparing.
HOW DO I PURCHASE ACCESSIBLE SEATING?

CAN I STILL COME DOWN TO SEE THE SEATS IN-PERSON AT CANADA LIFE CENTRE?
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Canada Life Centre is not currently open to the public.

CAN I PAY FOR MY SEASON SEAT DEPOSIT(S) IN INSTALLMENTS?
No, you must make a full payment to complete the purchase of your new season seat deposit(s).
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SEASON SEATS?
Once your season seat deposit is fully paid, and your Seat Holder Agreement is signed and returned, you will be offered three convenient payment schedules for the annual invoice.
Referred to as Payment Plan Selection, all season seat holders are offered this same choice on an annual basis, prior to the ending of the regular season.
HOW WILL MY WAIT LIST CREDIT BE APPLIED?
Your accumulated Wait List credit, from past annual renewals, will be applied to the invoice amount for the 2021-22 season for your new season seats. Your Wait List credit cannot be applied to the purchase of your season seat deposit(s).
