Preview: Jets @ Wild

by Staff Writer / Winnipeg Jets

Jets' top line of Andrew Ladd, Bryan Little and Blake Wheeler are in the lineup again tonight. Evander Kane will take the night off but Carl Klingberg and Patrice Cormier will slide back in. Also, look for Jerome Samson to get in his second preseason game tonight.

"I don't know Jerome very well but he's a guy who has some NHL experience," said Noel after the morning skate. "He had a very difficult first game I thought. I spoke to him a little bit about it and he'll get another opportunity here tonight. He's a guy who looks like he's got some energy and skill and looks like he's put up some numbers, he's a good reliable two-way guy."

Jacob Trouba will get back into the lineup tonight against the Wild. Paul Postma, Mark Stuart, Grant Clitsome, Dustin Byfuglien and Tobias Enstrom round out the rest of the blueline roster.

Ondrej Pavelec will get his second preseason start in goal tonight against the Wild's starter Niklas Backstrom. Eddie Pasquale will back up Pavelec.
