On the late goal:
"It's a puck in your net in a tight game, so it's an important part of the game."
On moving forward:
"By the time the puck drops in Winnipeg we'll have put this behind, minus the things we can do better, we'll deal with those. And we'll use the energy in our building to get back going."
On the loss:
"It's always tough to lose, it doesn't matter how well you play, it's tough to lose. Like in the third period again, two in a row right now. But it's not over yet, it's two nothing, but we head back home and we'll try and tie the series."
On losing in the third period:
"They were down one, so they made a big push in the third. They got that PP goal to tie the game. And I guess after that you're into the overtime at that point. You get that feeling in the rink and on the bench that you have to get that next one, and they were able to pull it off."
On coming back from being down two games:
"Not that difficult, I mean it's two games, you got to win four. It's two nothing, they won two at home. We go back to Winnipeg now and we're going to win two there. "
On the win:
"I don't think our team quits, and I mean neither does theirs. But that's why you can score goals late, because we didn't quit."
On the tight series:
"I think both games have been extremely even. I mean right down to the wire. There's no give and take on either side. Both teams are battling as hard as they can. Consequently you get one goal games that come down to the last second."
On playing in Winnipeg:
"It should be exciting. We know how loud their building is on a normal night. I got to believe it's going to be a little bit more ramped up come Monday night. If I was Winnipeg, I'd be pretty excited about playing at home there."
On scoring the game winner:
"Obviously it's a great feeling, it's one of my bigger goals, with only 19 seconds to go to get the game winner."
On the comeback:
"If you're down in the third period everyone has to go for it. Obviously we've managed to do it a lot of times this year, but we've said it before, it's not something we can get used to. We can't always be down in the third, it's going to bite us back at some point."
