DETROIT - Jets forward Bryan Little has been seen at Bell MTS Place this week and is slowly working his way back to the lineup following being hit by a puck in the head on November 5 in a game against the New Jersey Devils. Maurice gave the latest update on his health after the morning skate in Detroit adding that there is no timeline for his return to playing.
"He's getting better. They are making a decision on whether there needs to be a surgical repair in the ear or not. So they are waiting for some healing to happen before they make that decision," said Maurice.
"Once that decision is made and it may take more time before we get to it than they'll kind of move on to the next thing. But he's back, he's active. He is riding the bike at a certain level and that has been increased slightly. So he's back in the room kind of starting the process of getting back to playing."
