Perreault has played in the postseason the last three years, twice with the Washington Capitals and once with Anaheim Ducks. Since being drafted in the 6th round of the 2006 NHL draft, Perreault has accumulated 113 points in 228 NHL games.

When General Manager Kevin Cheveldayoff met with the media on the first day of free agency, he was happy to comment on how Perreault fits in with the Jets.

In his only season with Anaheim, Perrault had 18 goals and 43 points in 69 games. To get an idea of the type of player Perreault is, check out some of his highlights.
