Welcome back!
Tonight the Winnipeg Jets open their 2016 pre-season schedule against the Calgary Flames (7:00 pm CT, TSN3).
The Jets are getting their first taste of the exhibition season after four consecutive days of practice at MTS Iceplex. The Flames, meanwhile, opened their seven-game slate with a pair of losses to the Edmonton Oilers in split-squad action yesterday (4-2 at Rogers Place and 2-0 at Scotiabank Saddledome), leaving them 0-2 coming into tonight's encounter at MTS Centre.

With all 34 forwards, 20 defenceman and six goaltenders remaining in camp, the Jets will be dressing a lineup with a host of young and up-and-coming players hoping to make a strong impression on the coaching staff.
The Flames are expected to be bringing the lineup that played in Edmonton last night.
With Head Coach Paul Maurice away at the World Cup, Assistant Coach Jamie Kompon will be behind the bench for the Jets.
