Jets acquire Bogdan Kiselevich from the Florida Panthers

WINNIPEG, Feb. 25, 2019 - The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have acquired defenceman Bogdan Kiselevich from the Florida Panthers in exchange for a seventh-round draft pick in the 2021 NHL Draft. 

Kiselevich, 29, has played 32 games for the Panthers this season and has eight assists and 12 penalty minutes. The Cherepovets, Russia native is playing his first NHL season after spending the previous nine campaigns with CSKA Moscow and Cherepovets of the KHL. Internationally, Kiselevich won a gold medal for the Olympic Athletes from Russia at the 2018 Olympics and also won a bronze for Russia at the 2017 World Championships.
