0:38: Phil Kessel ties the game just after puck drop as he marched into the Jets zone and fired a hard wrist shot that just beat Pavelec.
1:03: JETS GOAL: Blake Wheeler answers back for the Jets. He raced back down the other end, put on the brakes, and sent a nice pass to Little streaking in on net. Little blasted a shot that was spit out by Reimer. Wheeler got his stick on it and sent it into the empty net.
8:05: Byfuglien and Kadri each took roughing penalties as things began to heat up in the second period after all 10 players on the ice ended up in a pushing and shoving match in the corner beside Pavelec.
10:43: JETS GOAL: Kyle Wellwood widened the gap to 3-1 after Byfuglien sent him a perfect cross-crease pass onto his tape at the back door. The play started with Antropov digging the puck out of the corner and sending a nice backhand pass to Byfuglien at the right post. Instead of shooting, Byfuglien saw Wellwood wide open and connected with him to tap home the goal.
