Fact Flash Back- Ladd's 500th Game

Andrew Ladd played in his 500th career NHL game on Feb. 21/13 at PNC Arena in Carolina – the building in which he was selected fourth overall by the hometown Hurricanes in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.

The Jets Captain showed a flair for the dramatic, scoring a goal and adding two assists to help his club to a 4-3 victory.

Ladd, 27, won the Stanley Cup with the Hurricanes in 2005-06 after playing 17 playoff games, scoring two goals and five assists.

The Maple Ridge, BC native, has played in 532 career NHL games with Carolina, Chicago and Atlanta/Winnipeg. He has 138 goals, 166 assists totaling 304 points, with an average plus-minus of 34. He's accumulated 305 penalty minutes and has 1207 total shots on goal.
