by Zach Peters / Winnipeg Jets

Dustin Byfuglien appeared in 69 regular-season and four playoff games with the Jets last season. Overall during the 2014-15 campaign, the defenceman netted 18 goals and 45 points before

tallying one assist in post-season play. Here are some additional numbers that stood out
from No. 33 over the past year.

Byfuglien recorded his 300th career point in the season opener on Oct. 9, 2014 at Arizona. He scored a goal and had a +3 rating in the game.

Byfuglien was named the NHL’s First Star of the Week ending Jan. 18, 2015. During that week he put up six points (3G, 3A) in four games.

Byfuglien loves playing at home. He led the team in goals on home ice, netting 16 of his 18 total goals this year at the MTS Centre.

Byfuglien was on the ice during the power play more than any other Jet this season. He logged over 256 minutes of ice time when the Jets had the extra skater. He recorded 17 points (5G, 12A) on the PP.

Byfuglien posted his best plus-minus rating (+5) since joining the Jets franchise back in 2010-11.
