John Tavares was back on the ice on Friday, doing skill drills at Northwell Health Ice Center.
The Islanders' captain's hands were on display as he navigated a mini obstacle course. It's the type of training we've come to expect from Tavares, who makes it look easy. Tavares will likely join the rest of the Islanders in informal skates in the coming days before training camp opens next week.
