The New York Islanders fell 5-4 to the Arizona Coyotes on Friday at Mullett Arena.
Sebastian Aho (1G, 1A) and Mathew Barzal (1G, 1A) gave the Islanders an early 2-0 lead, but the Coyotes came back in the second period to take the lead. The Islanders tied it late in the second, but the Coyotes pulled away in the third.
Noah Dobson and Anthony Beauvillier also scored for the Islanders while Clayton Keller (2G), Shayne Gostisbehere, Nick Bjugstad and Travis Boyd scored for the Coyotes.
The loss extended the Islanders winless streak to three games (0-2-1). The Isles dropped the season series with the Yotes, going 0-2-0.
