Welcome, Tori!

The Isles newest teammate will make her NHL debut on Thursday as she meets and greets the blue and orange family at NYCB Live Nassau Coliseum during the Islanders game against the Arizona Coyotes.

The Islanders welcomed their second Puppy with a Purpose in conjunction with their partnership with America's VetDogs. Radar, the team's first Puppy with a Purpose, will finish his journey to become a service dog to one day assist someone who is visually impaired. Tori will become a service dog for a veteran or first responder.

Islanders fans submitted votes to determine the name Tori, named after Islanders legendary General Manager Bill Torrey. It's only fitting as the Isles first puppy was named in honor of Al Arbour.
