LAST SEASON: Served as Captain of the Oshawa Generals during his third Ontario Hockey League season…Scored 48 points (6g/42a) in 55 games…Led all defensemen in goals, assists and points and tied for second on the team in assists…Posted a career-best plus-minus rating (+13)…Added 12 points (1g/11a) in 10 OHL playoff games, with four multi-point playoff performances…Recorded nine multi-point games in the regular season…Had a season-high six-game point streak from Feb. 16-27 (1g/6a).

2008-09: Led Oshawa defensemen and finished second in the OHL among rookie defensemen with 63 points (8g/55a) in 68 games...Selected to the 2009 OHL All-Star Classic and the Canadian Hockey League Top Prospects Game...Named Oshawa's Rookie of the Year and Top Defenseman.
2007-08: Named the Central Junior Hockey League Player of the Year after netting 42 points (3g/39a) in 58 games with the Kemptville 73’s… Selected by Oshawa in the third round (50th overall) of the 2007 OHL Draft.
INTERNATIONAL: 2011: Helped Canada win the Silver Medal at the World Junior Championshps in Buffalo, NY…Notched five assists and a +2 rating in six games.
2010: Represented Canada at the WJC, tallying one assist with a +4 rating in four games to help his team to a silver medal.
2009: Represented Canada at the U-18 WJC, recording six assists and a +6 rating in six games.
