PROJECTED LINES:

Hamonic Day-To-Day:

Travis Hamonic is day-to-day (lower body) and Capuano doesn't expect him on the ice for a few days.
"He's day-to-day right now," Capuano said. "I don't expect he'll be on the ice for the next few days as we move along. He's out for now and we'll see how he progresses as time goes on."

Pelech Back In:

Adam Pelech is back in for the Islanders on Wednesday, playing his first game since Nov. 28. Pelech had a promising start to the season, scoring three points (1G, 2A) in nine games while averaging 15:26 TOI.
Capuano is pairing Pelech with Leddy to not break up his two other d-pairs, but also because Pelech - a lefty - can play on the right side without issue. Pelech said he's looking forward to playing with Leddy, but moreso just to return to the lineup.
"I was feeling pretty good [before the injury]," Pelech said. "I had nine games and I was just starting to get my legs under me and feeling good. It was too bad that I had to get hurt, but I'm glad to be back.
