"Anytime you have an injury that comes back, you want to make sure, so we're going to make sure he's healthy," Doug Weight said of Clutterbuck, who didn't skate on Monday. "We don't want to lose Cal for a long period of time. He's feeling better and he'll be on the ice real soon."

PROJECTED LINES:
Andersen Expected To Start:

Frederik Andersen is likely to start on Monday, according to Leafs TV's Paul Hendrick. Andersen is 22-11-8 this season with a 2.73 goals-against average and a .916 save percentage.

LEAFS PROJECTED LINES:
John Tavares on Auston Matthews:

John Tavares and Auston Matthews were both at the NHL All-Star Game in LA a little over a week ago. The Islanders' captain - and 2009 first-overall pick - shared his impressions of the Leafs rookie and 2016 first-overall pick.
"Pretty impressive guy," Tavares said. "Just the way he's been able to handle what comes with playing in Toronto and being a first pick and a lot of people looking to him to be a big part of that franchise for a long time. Really impressive how he handles himself and I think his talent, everyone sees why he's a special player."

Tavares and Matthews played against each other in the three-on-three tournament, but shared a lockeroom. Tavares shed some light on Matthews personality from their time together in the room.
"He's just very down to earth, very humble," Tavares said. "He was quiet, he didn't say a whole lot, but he was just trying to enjoy it, I remember being in my first all-star game and it was a similar type of thing just cool being around a lot of guys that you looked up to."
