The Islanders took one-of-four points on the Alberta swing of their road trip, but have a chance to finish off their trip above .500 with a win tonight in Vancouver.
The Canucks enter the game with a win over the Calgary Flames on Saturday night, but are still 2-7-1 in their last 10 games. The Canucks are looking to reserve their fortunes and get back in the Western Conference playoff picture, as they currently sit in 10th place, four points back of the Dallas Stars.
