The Islanders took to the ice on Sunday for their fourth scrimmage of training camp. The Islanders donned their game jerseys for the on-ice session.
It was also the first time that Islanders prospect Simon Holmstrom joined the team for training camp. Holmstrom missed the first part of camp due to having to quarantine after representing Team Sweden at the World Junior Championship in Edmonton.

UPDATE ON CIZIKAS:
Cizikas left the scrimmage early following a collision against the boards. Head Coach Barry Trotz did not have an immediate update on Cizikas' status.
"He's getting checked out," Trotz said. "I'd say the first indication is more positive than negative, but I don't have a firm update on him right now."
VERSATILITY FROM PAGEAU:
One of the most intriguing storylines from camp has been who will skate on the wings of Jean-Gabriel Pageau, who has seemingly played with a different ensemble of linemates every day of camp thus far and continued to impress the coaching staff.
"It's hard to tell who I'm going to start with, I've been on a different line every day," Pageau said. "Even when [Barzal] came back, every time has been a change. I think every player, and these two players, have done really good to adapt. I'm looking forward to start with whoever it's going to be. We've seen that every player is pushing to be in the lineup and that's a good thing."
Bellows and Wahlstrom each scored in the scrimmage and both earned praise from Trotz and Pageau regarding their performance today. While none of the lines or pairings have been finalized, Trotz pointed out the versatility that Pageau offers and how helpful that trait has been in auditioning different players with him.
"With Bellows and [Wahlstrom], we want to see what we could do on a little more offensive side," Trotz said. "[Pageau], I think he's one of the smartest players and one of the most complete players you're going to find in the league. We've got the two kids with [Pageau today] and they had a really good day. You've got a little bit of grit and spit, you've got some speed and a little bit of finish there."

ROSTER DECISIONS TO COME:
Trotz noted that the coaching staff is looking to make some final decisions in the next few days on who will make the Islanders 23-man roster and who will be named to the four-to-six man taxi squad. Today's scrimmage was one of the final opportunities to evaluate where players stand.
"We're going to have to make some decisions in the next day or two," Trotz said. "It was a last look at looking at what we have. We know what we have in some of our older guys, we've just got to make sure that we understand and know where our young guys are right now."
