Beau-DTD

Anthony Beauvillier is considered day to day with a lower-body injury, Head Coach Barry Trotz said on Monday.
Beauvillier left Sunday's 2-0 loss to New Jersey in the second period after being hit from behind in open ice by Nathan Bastian. Beauvillier logged 7:16 TOI before exiting the game. Beauvillier has one assist through five games this season. Trotz said he'll consider lineup changes regardless of Beauvillier's status for Tuesday against Washington.
"Lower body and he's day to day," Trotz said. "We might have to do some gymnastics in terms of our roster, but no question. There are a lot parts of our game that we do pretty well defensively. Right now, even watching the Caps and Buffalo, pre-scouting them, there were five special teams goals last night, only one five-on-five goal. Teams are locking it down defensively, goaltenders seem to be sharp, so we're looking an odd goal or two. We're okay if we win 1-0, just don't like losing 1-0."
