If you know a Long Island child or children's charity in need, the Islanders want to know about it

In 2007, the Islanders are dedicated to being there for Long Island children in need.

What better way to accomplish this mission than by reaching out to our loyal and passionate Islanders fans?

If you know a Long Island child or children's charity in need, please tell us about it.

For those of you who have heard the story of Patrick Kelly and the Hampton Bay's Mothers Association, you know how the New York Islanders Children's Foundation can make a difference. And if you don't know the story, read here or watch the feature on Islanders TV.

Here's your chance to join us in making a difference in the life of Long Island children.

Send your emails to Islanders community relations coordinator Ann Rina at arina@newyorkislanders.com. Please make sure to include all appropriate contact information and share with us as much detail as you can about the Long Island children or cause you would like to join us in supporting.

Thank you, Islander fans. Let's make a difference!
