The New York Islanders announced that the capacity at Nassau Coliseum will increase to 12,000 fans for each home game of the NHL playoff series against the Boston Bruins. The team also said that tickets for Games 3, 4 and 6 will go on sale this afternoon exclusively to Season Ticket Members.
To create the loudest possible atmosphere in Nassau Coliseum, tickets will be made available primarily within Fully Vaccinated Sections.
"Throughout this season and the playoffs, tickets have sold out quickly to Season Ticket Members, and we expect that trend to continue. We are excited to host a full arena in Round 2," said Michael Cosentino, Senior Vice President, Sales and Service. "As we are now over 95% sold out of season tickets at UBS Arena, demand for Islanders tickets continues to grow."
Following New York State guidelines, all fans must provide proof of full vaccination, with final vaccine dose administered at least 14 days before game day. Children 16 years and under may sit in a Fully Vaccinated Section with a negative COVID-19 antigen or PCR test, and identification matching their documentation.
