Ryan Pulock Scores Four Goals in Three Games

Islanders 2013 first-round pick Ryan Pulock put his booming slap shot to use this weekend, scoring four goals in three games. Pulock tallied three goals in two games against the Hartford Wolf Pack, and added a goal against the Springfield Falcons on Sunday. Pulock now ranks second among Sound Tigers blue liners with 10 points (six goals, four assists) in 15 games.

Windsor trades Joshua Ho-Sang to Niagara

New York Islanders first-round pick Joshua Ho-Sang was dealt to the OHL’s Niagara IceDogs from the Windsor Spitfires on Friday. Ho-Sang, still an Islanders prospect, was exchanged for Hayden McCool and second-round picks in 2016, '18 and '19. The Toronto, ON, native has two assists in his first two games with the IceDogs.

Bridgeport Sound Tigers:  10-4-0-1, 1st in Northeast Division, 1st in Eastern Conference

The Bridgeport Sound Tigers extended their winning streak to five games, beating the Hartford Wolf Pack on Friday and Saturday, before falling to the Springfield Falcons on Sunday. Forward Colin McDonald recorded seven points in the three games (three goals, four assists) including a four-point night on Friday. Kael Mouillierat finished with five points (one goal, four assists) and forwards Chris Langkow and Mike Halmo each scored two goals. Alan Quine recorded a point in all three games and now leads the Sound Tigers in scoring on the season while also riding a 10-game point streak.

Stockton Thunder: 4-10-0, 7th in Pacific Division, 13th in Western Conference

The Stockton Thunder failed to register a point in four games last week, losing to the Ontario Reign on Tuesday before dropping three games over the weekend in Anchorage against the Alaska Aces. Forward Lukas Sutter notched the first professional goal of his career in a 7-2 loss to the Reign. Forward Ryan Constant finished with three points (one goal, two assists) in the three games against the Aces, which the Thunder lost by the scores of 6-2, 2-1 and 3-1, respectively.
