BELLOWS' POINT STREAK EXTENDS TO 11 GAMES

Kieffer Bellows extended his point streak to 11 games after posting his second-straight four-point week (3G, 1A).
Bellows assisted on Cody Glass' last-minute game-winner in a 2-1 win over Prince George on Nov. 1 and netted three goals in a pair of Portland wins over the weekend. Bellows netted back-to-back first period goals in a 4-1 triumph over Spokane on Friday and opened the scoring in the Winterhawks 3-1 win over Everett on Saturday.

The Islanders 2016 first-round pick (20th overall) has 20 points (11G, 9A) on his current point streak and 25 points (13G, 12A) in 16 games this season.
Bellows' 13 goals put him tied for eighth in the WHL goal leaderboard, while his 25 points are tied for 14th in the league. The Edina, MN native has now scored in nine of his 16 games for Portland - his first season in junior hockey.

QUENNEVILLE PICKS UP THREE POINTS, SCORES IN CANADA-RUSSIA SERIES

David Quenneville notched one goal and two assists this past week to raise his point total to 22 for the Medicine Hat Tigers.
The Islanders' 2016 seventh-round pick (200th overall) helped the Tigers to a 7-2 win against the Saskatoon Blades. Quenneville's goal of the weekend doubled the lead for the Tigers against the Blades on a power play. He also helped the Tigers to a 4-3 overtime victory over the Seattle Thunderbirds.
The 19-year-old is now tied for first in the WHL in assists among defenseman (16) and is tied for second in points (22).
Quenneville is also playing for Team WHL in the Canada-Russia select series. Quenneville was held off the scoresheet as the WHL beat Russia 7-0 on Monday night, but scored a pair of goals in Canada's 4-3 loss on Tuesday.

ADAMS TOPS NORTH DAKOTA GOAL LEADERBOARD

Collin Adams scored two goals in two games against the Wisconsin Badgers last week to help North Dakota to 2-0-0 weekend. The Islanders' 2016 sixth-round pick (170th overall) now has four goals in nine games in his freshman season.
Adams' first goal came Friday in the first period off his only shot of the game. The 19-year-old's second came Saturday four minutes into the third period after netting a loose puck in front of UW's net.
The Brighton, MI winger now leads the Fighting Hawks in goals and has tallied five total points so far. Adams leads UND in goals this season.

OTTO KOIVULA CLIMBING ILVES STAT SHEET

Otto Koivula had two assists this past week, and leads his team - Ilves Lynx - with 11 this season. The Islanders' 2016 fourth-round pick (120th overall) is now third on the team in points. Koivula, who won Liiga's Rookie of the Year during the 2016-2017 season, is now tied for 9th in assists in the league. Koivula has 13 points (2G, 11A) in 22 games this season.
This week, Koivula will compete in the Karjala Cup for the Finland U20 National team in Balashikh alongside other Islanders' prospect Robin Salo (2017, 2nd Round).
