The New York Islanders announced today a partnership with IRN Payment Systems to benefit the Islanders Children’s Foundation, as well as to raise awareness of autism and autism-related disorders. The Hope Process, powered by IRN Payment Systems, entitles businesses to a rebate based on credit card processing that may be donated to the charitable organization of their choice.

"IRN has created a unique and creative way to raise money for non-profit organizations in this critical economic time,” said Chris Dey, President, New York Islanders. “We are thrilled to support The Hope Process in their mission, as well as continue to raise money for the Islanders Children’s Foundation.”
The Islanders Children’s Foundation is a non-profit foundation dedicated to supporting other Long Island-based organizations that provide opportunities to children. Since its inception in 2003, the Foundation has raised more that $3 million to aid in the development of these initiatives.
The Hope Process was started by Dino Sgueglia, a long-time Islander fan, season ticket holder and current President of IRN, to support Danny’s Wish, a foundation created in honor of his son to raise awareness of autism and autism-related disorders. During the first year, IRN will donate 100 percent of the proceeds to the Islanders Children’s Foundation. Twenty-five percent of proceeds will be donated each year thereafter.
“I love the Islanders and it means the world to me for them to support me and my family in this mission to raise money for such an important cause,” said Sgueglia. “The partnership will be a wonderful way to support both the Islanders Children Foundation and Danny’s Wish.”
