Hamonic Wins "Goal of the Year"

In the third round of #IslesAwards voting, Isles fans voted for Travis Hamonic for the "2013-14 Goal Of The Year."

Fans chose between three different goals that had been hand selected by Isles players and staff as the best of the year. Click here to watch the nominees.

Nominee 1: John Tavares caps off a dramatic third-period comeback, scoring the game-winner as the Islanders score three times in the final five minutes to beat the Dallas Stars 4-2.

Nominee 2: After being snubbed from the US Olympic team, Kyle Okposo delivers an OT winner against the reigning Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks. The Coliseum erupts into chants of "USA! USA!"

Nominee 3: Travis Hamonic channels Bobby Orr as he flies coast-to-coast and buries on the Columbus Blue Jackets at Nassau Coliseum.
