Bruno Gervais and Nate Thompson attend Lawrence Woodmere Academy
Islanders players Bruno Gervais and Nate Thompson continued their travels around Long Island with the Islanders I.C.E. Tour for another day of fun.  Today’s location was Lawrence Woodmere Academy in Woodmere.  More than 200 children eagerly awaited Gervais and Thompson's arrival.  Once onsite, the campers formed lines to receive both players' autographs and then made their ways to the interactive games that were set up by the I.C.E Tour.  Before leaving, Gervais and Thompson took part in a pickup game of hockey inside the camp's gymnasium.

“Today’s camp was great.  There were a lot of Islanders fans in attendance,” said Gervais.  “It is always fun playing street hockey with the kids."

The campers also got a chance to meet the Islanders offical mascot Sparky, who was onsite despite the hot weather.
