Bruins player to watch
Dougie Hamilton - Defenseman
The 9th overall pick in the 2011 NHL Draft has gotten off to a solid start in his NHL career. With eight points (one goal, seven assists) in 15 games Hamilton is second in scoring among rookie defensemen. His solid play has made him an early-season candidate for the Calder Trophy as rookie of the year.
