Colin Powell’s Coliseum visit captured on; Wang gets joy of giving while kids have blast in New York

An honored guest at Monday afternoon's Islanders-Carolina Hurricanes game, General Colin Powell joined owner Charles Wang in dropping the ceremonial first puck along with the Deputy Consul General of China in New York Kuang Weilin and Deputy Congress Head of Qiqihar Wang Xiaoping, as well as the Project Hope teams from Qiqihar and Harbin.
