I have tickets to an upcoming game. Will I get a refund?

Please hold onto your tickets at this time. As of right now, the remaining regular season games will be rescheduled for later dates, and your ticket will be valid for that future date when it is announced. More information will be communicated as it becomes available.

What happens if games are cancelled, or played without fans?

Currently the 2019-20 season has been paused. Games have been postponed, and no cancellations have been reported at this time. Tickets for cancelled games, or games played without fans present will be eligible for a credit or refund. We will be sure to communicate any additional information as it becomes available.

Can I still attend other Islanders events?

All Islanders events, including Viewing Parties and Season Ticket Member events have been cancelled. As events are rescheduled in the future, we will be sure to notify our fans.

When am I supposed to make my next payment for my 2020-21 season tickets?

The next scheduled payment for 2020-2021 Season Ticket Memberships is tentatively scheduled for April. We will continue to evaluate this fluid situation and provide more information before that time. 

Will I get a refund on my parking pass?

Parking passes will be valid for the dates when games are rescheduled.

How will I get future updates?
