The Islanders Family Fan Fest made their way to Belmont Racetrack’s park on Sunday to be a part of the St. Mary’s Children’s Day. St. Mary's Healthcare System for Children is the largest provider of post-acute, complex medical care and rehabilitation for children with serious or life-threatening conditions in New York State.  They help children through an integrated network of inpatient, community programs, and home care services, all of which promotes a family-centered approach to care. The event was filled with tons of activities for kids. The Islanders Family Fan Fest provided the children with their moonbounce, allowing kids to jump around and throw hip checks into the inflatable players found inside the bounce. Sparky and the Ice Girls were also on hand to take pictures with all the kids who came by. Great Islander prizes were given out to all the children at the event.
