Blues invite forward Bissonnette to training camp
The St. Louis Blues have invited unrestricted free agent forward Paul Bissonnette to training camp on a tryout basis, the team announced Tuesday.

The St. Louis Blues have invited unrestricted free agent forward Paul Bissonnette to training camp on a tryout basis, the team announced Tuesday.

Bissonnette, 29, has played in 202 NHL games, scoring seven goals and 22 points. He has a plus-7 rating and 340 penalty minutes.

Bissonnette spent the past five seasons with the Phoenix Coyotes. A fourth-round pick (No. 121) of the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 2003 NHL Draft, he made his NHL debut with the Penguins during the 2008-09 season.
