Senators acquire Matt Kassian from Wild
The Ottawa Senators on Tuesday acquired forward Matt Kassian from the Minnesota Wild in a trade for their sixth-round pick in the 2014 NHL Draft.

The Ottawa Senators on Tuesday acquired forward Matt Kassian from the Minnesota Wild in a trade for their sixth-round pick in the 2014 NHL Draft.

Kassian has a goal and 12 penalty minutes in nine games with the Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League this season.

Kassian played 28 games for the Wild over the past two seasons, scoring two goals for his only points. The 6-foot-4, 232-pound 26-year-old was the 57th pick in the 2005 NHL Draft.
