FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – June 2, 2006

RALEIGH, NC –
The Eastern Conference Champion Carolina Hurricanes today announced that the team has made a limited number of standing room only tickets available for its four potential home games during the 2006 Stanley Cup Finals. Individual seats for all four games at the RBC Center sold out this morning in less than two hours. A limited number of seated tickets are still available for fans who wish to place a deposit on a 24-game or full season plan for the 2006-07 regular season. There is also a possibility that the National Hockey League may release holds on the day of each home game, making more individual seats available to the general public.

Fans placing a non-refundable deposit of $250 per upper-level seat or $500 per lower- or club-level seat for 24-game or full-season ticket plan for 2006-07 will receive priority on the purchase of 2006 Stanley Cup Finals ticket strips. Stanley Cup Finals ticket strips provide fans with the opportunity to receive a significant discount off of the gate price and guarantee seats for all four potential Stanley Cup Finals games at the RBC Center.
