In front of Kochetkov, Jesper Fast will be a game-time decision for tonight's contest because he and his wife are expecting to welcome another child to their family at any moment. Rod Brind'Amour said following morning skate that he could still play.
Jesse Puljujarvi, who was a healthy scratch for the first time since joining the Canes on Sunday, was in Fast's spot to start the day, on the right of Captain Jordan Staal. Teuvo Teravainen, who had
a hat trick against Tampa Bay on March 5
will skate on the opposite wing.
After setting up the game-tying tally against Boston, Jordan Martinook will once again work alongside Sebastian Aho and Martin Necas.
