shutting out the Philadelphia Flyers on Thursday

Making 19 stops in the victory, Kochetkov is now tied for second in the NHL with his four shutouts. All four have come within his last 18 games played.
In front of Kochetkov, Rod Brind'Amour said pre-game that the group "has a couple of banged up guys."
The head coach says that the team will have a plethora of players on the ice for pre-game warmups and then the lineup will be decided from there. Most notably, Andrei Svechnikov missed a patch of time during last night's second period. He returned for the third, but Brind'Amour made it a point post-game to say that he wasn't sure then of #37's availability for tonight's contest.
