RALEIGH, NC. -Jesse Puljujarvi will make his highly anticipated Carolina Hurricanes debut Saturday, drawing in for Derek Stepan as the team takes on the Vegas Golden Knights.

Acquired last week
from the Edmonton Oilers for unsigned prospect Patrik Puistola
, the 6-foot-4, 201 lbs. Puljujarvi finally got into his first team practice on Friday. Skating alongside Paul Stastny and Stefan Noesen, he also took reps on the second power-play unit in a net-front role.
In net, Frederik Andersen will make his 23rd start of the year.
16-6 on the season, Andersen stopped 13 out of 14 in relief Tuesday night in Montreal over 45 minutes, before then denying 4/6 in the shootout to earn the victory. His last start was Sunday against the Tampa Bay Lightning, where he earned a 14-save shutout.
