RALEIGH, NC – Jon Chase, Director of Promotions and Community Relations for the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team’s annual toy drive is now underway. This year’s toy drive will benefit Friends of Wake County Guardian Ad Litem, the Ronald McDonald House of Durham and the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill.
Fans donating new, unwrapped toys to the toy drive between now and Dec. 8, will receive buy-one-get-one-free (BOGO) vouchers for the Hurricanes’ game on Monday, Dec. 8, against the New Jersey Devils. Toys can be donated at the VIP Entrance of PNC Arena during regular business hours (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.) until Dec. 8, or at any entrance to PNC Arena prior to the Hurricanes’ games on Dec. 7 and Dec. 8. Those donating toys prior to Dec. 8 also will be entered to win a team-signed jersey. BOGO vouchers are good for up to eight tickets (four purchased, four free) and cannot be used for seats in the Lenovo Champions Club or Club Ledge.
