Jim Cain, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Carolina Hurricanes, announced today the Hurricanes will introduce a ticket exchange program for season ticket holders next season. Season ticket holders will have the opportunity to exchange any unused Carolina Hurricanes season ticket for a future Hurricanes game.

“We understand that there are occasions over a 41-game home schedule that our season ticket holders may not be able to use the full allotment of tickets they purchased at the start of the season,” stated Cain. “This gives our season ticket holders the opportunity to redeem their unused tickets for a future home game that they will be able to attend. This is a program that we have used in the past with great success.”

The exchange program will be a one-for-one deal where a season ticket holder can present an unused ticket to the guest services table on the concourse of the Entertainment and Sports Arena for a future home game. The program will start in December, and one game will be designated as the season ticket holder exchange night each month. Season ticket holders may redeem tickets throughout the season.
