This game has become an annual tradition, so it is sure to be exciting with plenty of action for the whole family. It is open to the public, and admission and parking are free. The Kids 'N Community Foundation will have a table featuring a few signed Hurricanes items up for bid. Fans attending should park on the East side of PNC Arena. The East Priority Lounge doors will open at 1:45 p.m. Donations to the NCEWHA will be accepted.
What is the NCEWHA, you ask? The North Carolina Electric Wheelchair Hockey Association was created in 2003 with the mission of developing a quality hockey program for people in North Carolina who require the use of an electric wheelchair in daily life. For more information, watch this video.
The Hurricanes staff is proud to once again take part in this event and help bring awareness to this great organization as they continue to grow the sport in the area.
