COOL STOPS SCHEDULED FOR GAME FOUR ON JUNE 5, 2000

RALEIGH, NC (MAY 31, 2000) – The Carolina Hurricanes will be extending their successful regular season Cool Stops Tour promotion next week when the tour makes its final stop of the season at Playmakers,3801 Hillsborough St., in Raleigh for game four of the Stanley Cup Playoffs on Monday, June 5, 2000. The game is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. You can call Playmakers for directions at 919-743-5544.

Hurricanes’ forward Jeff Daniels will be available to meet fans and sign autographs. In addition, Hurricanes radio play-by-play announcer Chuck Kaiton will emcee the event along with Morgan Patrick from WRBZ 850 AM.

The usual fanfare that accompanies a regular season Cool Stop will be in place at Playmakers. Fans will have the opportunity to win prizes, including tickets to Hurricanes’ games next season against Dallas and New Jersey. There will also be other raffles and T-shirt giveaways. Those in attendance will also have the opportunity to meet Hurricanes mascot Stormy and play bubble hockey.
