RALEIGH, NC – Doug Piper, Executive Vice President of Business Operations for the National Hockey League Carolina Hurricanes, announced that individual game tickets for the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs will go on sale on Saturday, April 7 at noon. Ticket prices will remain the same as the regular season prices.
The Hurricanes will play the third and fourth games of the series, along with Game 6 if necessary, at the Entertainment and Sports Arena in the Eastern Conference quarterfinals against the New Jersey Devils or Ottawa Senators. Carolina’s playoff opponent, dates and times of the series will be announced after the NHL regular season concludes on Sunday.
The Hurricanes are currently taking season ticket holder/mini-plan playoff payments. Any season or mini-season holder who has not purchased their seat strips for the first two rounds of the playoffs may do so with a credit card or check at the ESA box office during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.). Payments can also be done at special tables set up in the arena concourse during Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Season ticket holders/mini-plan holders who have purchased their playoff strips can call 1-888-NHL-TIX1 and order additional tickets.
